Vividreel reserves the right to remove content uploaded by users that violates the rules and to take the necessary measures, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or termination of user accounts.

User-uploaded video content will be stored on VividReel's servers. VividReel will take reasonable security measures to protect your content, but will not be liable for data loss or damage due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. User Behavior Guidelines

Users must use VividReel service legally and not engage in any illegal or non-compliance with this agreement. Users shall not upload, disseminate or share any illegal, harmful, threatening, insulting, harassing, infringing, false or misleading content.

Users should respect other users and community members and refrain from any form of harassment, defamation, insults or threats. Users should abide by community rules and maintain a good community atmosphere.

Users shall respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of others and shall not use the works of others without authorization. Users should ensure that the content they upload is legally copyrighted or has the necessary permissions.

Vivid tree does not accept liability for service interruptions, data loss or damage caused by force majeure or other unforeseen factors. VividReel is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the actions of users or third parties.
Change and termination of service
8.1 service changes
VividReel reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time without prior notice to the user. Vividreel will make every effort to ensure continuity and stability of services, but there is no guarantee that services will not break or fail.
8.2 termination of service
Users can stop using the VividReel service at any time. VividReel also has the right to terminate the service if the user violates this agreement. Upon termination, users will no longer be able to access or use VividReel, and all information and data related to the user account will be permanently deleted.
